• I’ve noticed a couple of weird things when I edit pages after installing the Viper Video Quicktags plugin. Note that I’m running WPMU, but I don’t believe this is an MU specific issue. I also have Unfiltered MU & NextGen Gallery installed.

    1. I have a page that has a Google Map on it. The code from Google Maps includes an <iframe></iframe>. If I view the page with the Visual editor, then switch back to the HTML editor, the <iframe> tag is gone, including all of its options, but the other code from Google stays. I have to make sure the editor opens on the HTML editor & never leaves it to save the <iframe> code.

    2. When I open a page, and the HTML editor tab is the one that was last used, the editor is totally blank. I have to click on the HTML tab again to display the post.

I can live with the last one, and the first one is a major pain, but it’s not a show stopper by any means.

    Anybody have any insight?

    Thanks

    Tony

  • I’m having the exact same problem with WordPress MU 2.8.4 and the unfiltered mu plugin. If I switch back to the Visual view in TinyMCE from the HTML View, it strips the iframe code from the page or post.

I am new to website building and not fluent with HTML but I am having the same issue. At first I thought it was just me but I am glad I am not alone. If you figure out a solution will you let me know? Thanks!
