page editing very slow in text mode

    Hello folks,

    I’ve website where there are hundreds of pages and each page contains hundreds of thousands of words (more than 15000 words).

    When I try to edit the page in default editor, it just freezes. Nothing happens when I start typing the first letter. After few seconds (10-20 seconds or more sometimes), the first letter is displayed as typed. Same thing happens for subsequent letters typed.

    Can you please point out solution for this?
