 * Not enough details to tell what the problem is.. what do you have installed on
   it? If WordPress, which version, in which directory, any plugins, themes? If 
   you are running a site based on WordPress, the W3 Total Cache plugin makes it
   easy to optimize your site.

 * Other than that, you should contact your host if it still happens. It might be
