Support » Fixing WordPress » page distorts after clicking on category

  • on my site http://www.thewildinvestor.com

Whenever you click on a category that has a lot of articles in it, suddenly the page gets all distorted. You can see this by clicking on General.

Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?

If I click on archives, which has all the articles in it, that works fine.

At a glance, it looks like you’ve been writing posts in something like Word and then pasting them into WordPress?

    That way lies madness!

I’d suggest editing some of those posts to remove all the Word gunk left behind.

One way is to edit the post, select the entire post, cut it and then paste it into Notepad. That’ll strip all the Word markup. Select it all from Notepad and paste it back into your bare post editor.

And in this post – What to Do When Best Option Fails – you have a Youtube video which appears to be right at the point where it all breaks – try taking it out and see if it rectifies the issue – and if so, work on that as well.

yeah it was the youtube videos that was messing it up.. thanks for both your help
