Page description & logo not displaying when posting on Social Media

When I post my link – http://www.angelicimaging.com.au to Facebook, I can only see a message: Coming Soon… and the link underneath. There’s no description, logo or page name showing which is unusual. I’ve installed a meta plugin to help me. I’ve even edited header.php to include a title. I’ve installed a plugin to clear the cache.
But nothing has worked so far. I didn’t have a coming soon page to begin with. So I’m really baffled.

Please help!
