    Hello!

After updating the page builder to the latest version today, the contents of my pages are not showing at the front-end.

At the back-end though, the contents are showing. This means that they are not lost. But can’t figure out why this happened.

    Thanks in advance.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi, I had the same issue, when updated to the last version most of my content that are shortcodes for other plugins either didn’t show up or showed up broken. I didn’t find a way to fix it, so I restored my site to yesterday’s backup. I’d recommend you to so the same until a dev shows up!

    Hi Ritesh

Please, start troubleshooting the problem by checking for a working baseline. You can do this by temporarily deactivating all non-SiteOrigin plugins. Once done, is the issue resolved? This initial test will let you know if there is a working baseline available to test from. Let us know how it goes.

Hi @gabrielx. If you’d like us to assist, please open a support topic here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/siteorigin-panels/. We’d be happy to lend a hand.

@misplon hi! Thank you! But don’t worry, I already restored the site, however I can tell you I did a troubleshooting before that: Disabled plugins one by one, updated the WordPress, etc, and couldn’t fix the issue. What I “think” the issue might be in the “editor” since I use it to display widgets (as shortcodes), btw I used classic editor too, so I have it as default.

Sure, no problem. If you’d like a hand in the future, please let us know. If you do run a plugin conflict test again, try starting by only activating SiteOrigin plugins and leaving all other plugins deactivated, that’s the best way to check for a baseline. We can move onto other troubleshooting if that isn’t helpful. All the best.

@rintesh, let me know how the plugin conflict test went. Thanks 🙂
