Hi @hw Technology,
Thanks for posting on the forum.
Could you please share me the page link where you are displaying the pop up having the issue so that i can troubleshoot it?
This can also be due to plugin/theme conflict.
To find find out plugin/theme conflict you can just try on your development site using default WordPress theme like Twenty Thirteen and deactivating all other plugins as displayed in the following flowchart to know which theme/plugin is conflicting if any.

Hi,
Following your advice I have found that there is a conflict with Elegant Themes’ Elegant Builder plugin. The popup seems to be getting the content of their page builder, has anyone reported this before and if so is there a known fix? Thanks for your help.
Kind regards,
HWT.
Hi HWT,
I think we have faced this issue first time so don’t have fix ready.
Are you facing this issue with the latest version of following plugin?

Hi,
Yes that is the correct plugin. Unfortunately we are unable to stop using the page builder plugin due to the amount of pages that have been created using it, if I find a solution I will let you know.
Thanks,
HWT.
Hi HWT,

Hi,
I have the same problem but the plugin https://siteorigin.com/page-builder/
I was wondering if you found a solution to this problem, since the content of the pages are displayed in the popup but it works correctly in post that are not created with Page Builder.
Any help is welcome!
Hi @joseivory,
Thanks for posting on the forum.
Could you please try using different pop up loading method from the PopUp Settings?
