[Resolved] Page Colour

  • Hello, I am useless at editing css. I would like to change the colours of my pages. Not the background colour but the page itself. I have read many similar items on this in the forum but all involve css. Does anyone know of a simple plugin that allows me to change page colours? Many thanks.

    HI Jane,

    Sorry, but there’s no plugin for this.
    Unless you pick a theme which allows you to change colours, this is not that easy to do without knowing any css.

    If you wanted to, you could try this CSS editor plugin -http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/custom-css-manager-plugin/

    Have a look at their training video and then what you want to do is change this css line:

    .site {
    background-color: red;
    }

    Right now, the colour is white. The code above will change it to red.

    Hi and thank you. I’m very sorry but where do I enter the code?

    Did you install the plugin and look at the video?
    It does explain where to insert your custom CSS once you’ve installed the plugin.

    OMG it works! I can not thank you enough. I have spent hours trying to sort this out. Amazingplugin for me. Thank you for naking my life easier.

    Sorry about above mistakes, I was so excited I could not type properly.
