 * It seems you have created 2nd topic with correct error message you see in your
   dashboard:
 * > Hummingbird has halted page caching to prevent any issues while asset optimization
   > is in progress. Page caching will resume automatically when asset optimization
   > is complete.
 * This happens in most cases when there is a huge Asset Optimization queue that
   was waiting to be processed. If that process will be done, cache feature should
   start working.
