    hey all i am having a problem with this plugin, i cannot access my “all pages” section on my dashboard, and am having the same problem with the shopping cart. when i attempt to go to the page i get a page cannot be displayed error, “Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset” or the equivalent in other browsers other than chrome

    i have tried disabling all plugins and switching to the 2011 theme and still having the same problem. what do i do? the website is

  • alright, this support forum sucks. thanks for no one’s help.

    in case any one else has this problem i found the solution to fix it was to turn SSL off, I did not install it to my site yet. It now works.

    Sounds like a SSL configuration issue, not a WPEC issue. Nice attitudes are a wonderful way to attract help and attention. The opposite attitude attracts very little attention.

    thanks for responding Justin, as I had mentioned in my previous posting it was the SSL configuration that was the problem. turning it off and making sure SSL was installed properly was what was what resolved the problem.

    as far as my attitude in my previous posting, after posting here, on, purchasing premium support (which the form all last week was missing the submit button), tweeting getshopped twitter about the issue and not having a single person help me, it is extremely frustrating and overall “sucky” when you are setting up a small business. The store launch ended up being delayed by 4 days because of this issue.

    I even tried posting a second post on here again pleading for help in the nicest way possible and it was deleted by the mods.
