While looking at the response header of your website I don’t see the cache-control header value that this plugin sets. Instead, the values are being set by some other plugin/system.
Also, the extra headers that are added by this plugin are also missing. I will suggest you please remove all other plugin caching plugin/system you are using on this site as you cannot use more than one page caching system on a site – otherwise it will create confict.

Thank, I think you checked when I was re-installing the plugin. All cache settings is disabled on the Litespeed cache plugin (https://prnt.sc/nmQq1tluXj6W), but I still get same error.

Hi,
Now I see the extra headers that are added by the plugin in your site built still the value of cache-control is being set either by some other plugin or some server/htaccess rule. Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/VKwfIKq.jpeg
You can try checking what’s adding that cache-control rule and remove that.
Optionally you can also try enabling the overwrite cache control option in the plugin but it would be better if you find who is adding it and remove that.

Could this be because I am using Cloudflare APO?

Yes possible. While using this plugin you cannot use Cloudflare APO & the official Cloudflare plugin. You have to choose either one of them.

Absolutely correct, I read that somewhere, and I have had the APO disabled and the official cloudflare plugin uninstalled (https://prnt.sc/IbrdfidflStM). I made these changes few hours ago, still no effect.
