• Sometimes, the cached page (located in /wp-content/cache/page_enhanced/[sitename]/) contains HTML entities in the post content, which causes any HTML code in the post content to be output to the page rather than rendered as HTML as intended. This happens for both Basic and Enhanced caching methods.

This only occurs on HTML in the post content, and only occasionally. Clearing the cache removes the problem temporarily, but it eventually returns.

This is a little tricky to explain, so I uploaded a screenshot of the problem here: http://postimg.org/image/lxodrmk47/

I have another WP site on the same server running W3TC with no issues.

Any ideas? Thanks very much in advance.

Do you have the latest release and compatibility mode enabled?

    Frederick,

Thanks for your time. I am using the latest version of both WordPress and W3TC. I already tried compatibility mode with no luck.

Ok, sorry. Can you please submit a bug submission form from the support tab of the plugin and then disable all caching types for now on the general settings tab?

Sorry, I’m not sure how to submit a bug on that tab. The only form I see is for posting new topics to the forum.

I also see that WordPress has a bug submission Trac ticket system: http://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/wiki/TracTickets

Just let me know what you would like me to do. Thanks again.

I see, the support tab is in the plugin itself. I misunderstood your reply. I’ll submit a report now.
