 * Hello,
 * I’m unclear on how your plugin purges page cache. I need it to persist indefinitely
   unless a post/page is updated, like how WP Rocket allows with a 0 lifetime setting.

 * Hello [@nolancrestfield](https://wordpress.org/support/users/nolancrestfield/)
 * Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
   You can manage the Maximum
   lifetime of cache objects in Performance>Page Cache>Advanced section of the plugin.
   Once the content for the post or page is update, the W3 Total Cache will purge
   the cache for that specific page and all pages associated to serve the update
   version.
 * You an manage this in Performance>Page Cache>Purge policy section of the plugin.
   There you canspecify the pages and feeds to purge when posts are created, edited,
   or comments posted
 * Thanks!

 * Hello [@nolancrestfield](https://wordpress.org/support/users/nolancrestfield/)

   JUst to add to this, we do have a **Always Cached** extension in Performance
   Extensions. It prevents page/post updates from clearing corresponding cache entries
   and instead add them to a queue that can be manually cleared or scheduled to
   clear via cron

 * Thanks!
