    Hello Support,

I am making chnages to this page. The header is coming from a custom template. Whatever I do the changes are not reflecting on the page. I can see the changes in the Logged in version but for the guests it is not showing that.

I went ino the directories and found that in the root folder there is folder called /cache. The site is a mutisite so there is a folder of the above site and it has that page’s folder and it has that version of page which is being shown to guest user. Can removing it or changing it would fix this? I want a permanent fix for this issue.

As a history this site was migrated to other server few months back and files are folders were moved.

It is being two days I am trying all the possible solutions but not helping. Please let me know how to solve this.

    Thank you

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi!
Have you tried disabling page caching and minify, in turns, to confirm which feature is causing the issue? If not, please do so and let us know what you find.

    Kind regards.

    Thank you for the response.

We haven’t enabled any other feature. Only Page Cache is enabled for now. It is a multisite network.
I was facing the same issue on another element on the same page but when I disabled page caching and enabled it again it displayed the updated page.

I tried to do the same enabling-disabling page cache but this time it is not showing the updated page

So sorry about this caching issue you are experiencing.
Based on the information you’ve provided, disabling page caching usually fixes the issue.

Please check to confirm if the Automatically preload content after it is purged feature is enabled at WPO > Cache > Page cache. If not, enable it.

Also, enable the Schedule preloader feature at WPO > Cache > Preload.

Let me know how that goes.

    Kind regards.

Thank you for the response, I will try your method. I got it fixed when I disabled the cache and then updated the page in the admin and then enabled the cache again.

I also mentioned that there is a cache folder which has files of the pages from Dec 2024, are those old files and can we remove them? Why are those files are not getting updated when I clear the cache?

You can try purging old cache (all cache) using the button provided at WPO > Cache > Page cache, instead of manually deleting cache files.
