Pre-sale question. I read your disclaimer about the 10 folders limitation. What I don’t understand is how a media manager has got to do with pagebuilders, or woocommerce, or cpts (which are restrcited in the Lite version). Can you explain?

    Hi @arsenalemusica ,

Thanks for using FileBird,so please note that we have removed the 10 folder limits based on WordPress’s regulation, but the folder accessibility function for builders is only available in PRO except for the default WordPress builder (Gutenberg) which is available in Lite.

You can learn more about the differences here:

Thank you but I had read the free/pro differences. What I don’t understand is the pagebuilder integration: I mean, this plugin is meant to be used in Admin backend, so I don’t see any relation to a “page”.

    Hi @arsenalemusica ,

Yes, FileBird does its job in backend and it supports anywhere you need to insert a media file including posts/pages. Please see our documentation https://ninjateam.gitbook.io/filebird/inserting-files-into-posts

Furthermore, some page builders have front end builders such as Divi, WPBakery..and our FileBird pro supports them too

I hope the answer clear to you.

thank you. May I ask one last clarification? I read Woocommerce is not supported in free version. Does it mean I cannot create a folder with product images?

..I installed Filebird… but are you sure it’s working? After a few successfull moves, the files are now not dropping into the folder anymore. They just stay in the “all media” folder, and if you are able to move them, the page number doesn’t reduce. Besides, I believe you should build a menu and not just make use of drag-n-drop… such method is indeed prone to errors.
Moreover, how does the “every user has media folders” integrate with a multivendor marketplace that already has that in place? (namely WCMP).
Oh, one more, uninstalling Filebird doesn’t wipe out the database table as ANY plugin should do.
