Page Builder Maintained thru WP Updates?

    Hi, guys. First, I have to tell you that Page Builder by Site Origin saved me on an important website project. THANK YOU!

    I’m wondering if you know if all my Page Builder constructed columns, rows, page layouts and content would be intact after a WP update? I don’t use a Child Theme. I use a well-known hosting service (is that a question for them?).

    Any ideas are welcome! : )

    Thanks for your support.

    100%. Everything will be safe through a theme, plugin or WordPress core update. All the necessary data is stored in the database. If you’d like to make a quick backup, that never hurts. Doing a quick backup from Tools > Export (XML) is enough. Alternatively the Duplicator plugin handles Page Builder content really well so if you ever want to take a complete snapshot of your entire installation then that’s the way to go.

    But to confirm, everything is safe during updates 🙂
