    Hi,

We now are supporting this site (https://esgroup.ru), done by another programmer. I am not enough familiar with the way your plugin work. As I saw in a topic here, it needs to be enabled for the exact custom post type, which is done. But inside the posts I still see this (it’s screenshot): http://joxi.ru/n2YnMd8Fby85gA, an empty tab. In this very post there used 8 widgets (if I enable count its written in postlist), and I can see the data in hidden input inside Page builder tab. My questions: Where can I edit this data? If it broken, how do I fix it?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

You’d need to run a plugin conflict test (steps below) to try and locate a working baseline and resolve the issue you’re seeing.

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
