Page blank for the first click

Hi, for some reason whenever I click on links on our site, the page will be blank and need to click on refresh to get it to show up. Looking at the cached page stats on the content tab, it seems that first click it will just start to cache it, hence that first click have nothing to show to the user.

I’m not sure if there is a setting to prevent this…not a good experience for new pages for the first person clicking a new page that is not cached..
