Page background not reaching the footer in long posts

  • Hi,

I wasn’t able to find an answer to my problem in these forums, perhaps because my keywords are too broad, or that I don’t know the exact cause of my problems.

Problem example on my site (keep scrolling down until the white stops):
    http://museeacadien.org/lapetitesouvenance/?tag=francis-c-blanchard

When I pull up search results that include long posts, my white “page” background stops and the “secondary” grey background takes over and makes it difficult to read the black text.

My question: how can I make it extend until the end of my last post?

The theme is “Black-skyline” and I have a child theme (I understand CSS well enough). I used Firebug to try and figure out the problem, but I can’t seem to find the code that’s causing the issue.

    Any ideas? Thanks a lot!

What browser is this happening on? I just checked Firefox and Chrome on my mac and the white goes all the way down. Normally this type of css issue has to do with clearing floats.

Thanks for your response. I see that it works perfectly fine in Google Chrome.

I just updated to Firefox 14.0.1 and this problem occurs. If anyone else encounters this background problem on Firefox, please let me know. I’ll keep loading this page on other computers and browsers.
