Page and Post Bold or Italics Not Showing

Hello,

I am working on a site and after installing a few plugins needed I seem to have deactivated the italic and bold CSS from the entire site link here http://thepicantekitchen.co.uk/.

I have reinstated the style.css in case I managed to edit something by mistake.

If I view my page / post in text mode the formatting seems correct just does not show when in preview.
