Page->Add Media: no place to select media

Hi,

I’m having a strange problem–when I’m editing a page and I select ‘Add Media’ nothing happens. If I click it again the insert media window appears but it is blank and there are no options for dragging a file into the screen nor to select a file.

On the left I get three choices:
Insert Media (which is selected)
Create Gallery
Insert from URL

I have added the image to the Media section but if I try to attach it to a page the dialog comes up but is grayed out.

Is there another way to add an image to a page? Any suggestions?
