    The second page of my search term is not displaying correctly.

    Let's say i searched the term crest on my website

    the first page is like http://www.dealsoff.com/?s=crest
    for the second page it will link http://www.dealsoff.com/page/2/?s=crest ..... it just display the second page of my website http://www.dealsoff.com/page/2

    however when i type this in the browser
    http://www.dealsoff.com/?s=crest&page=2 it will display the second page correctly

    anyone know what I can do??

    Hmm is it a custom coded theme or the theme is from somewhere else? If it is the later, I think you should contact the theme author.

    If you coded the theme yourself, I am thinking the form parameters might be wrong.

    You may want to read the documentation http://codex.wordpress.org/Creating_a_Search_Page

    Hmm.. I even tried it with the wordpress default theme twenty fourteen and it is the same issue. Does this plugin work in nginx or do you need special rewrites?

    Hmm it doesn't use rewrite. It is more of a front end thing, it makes use of core WP functions to link the page.

    Can you try http://codex.wordpress.org/Next_and_Previous_Links to see if it works?

    Tried the Next and Previous links too .. It's the same issue with the second page for search pages. I am not sure if it has something to do with the page/2/ Permalink. When I switched the permalink setting to default it works fine.

    Next/Previous links function are from the default WordPress functions, so unlikely it is wrong.

    So what is the code you are using for the search page? Are you placing the navi code outside of the loop?

    I tried several different themes and it is the same issue. The navi code is inside the loop. I don't think it is WP Page Navi's issue, it is a wordpress issue.

    while ( have_posts() ) : the_post();
    get_template_part( 'content', get_post_format() );
    // Previous/next page navigation.
    <?php wp_pagenavi(); ?>
    else :
    // If no content, include the "No posts found" template.
    get_template_part( 'content', 'none' );

    That actually looks ok to me, maybe you can try posting in the general troubleshooting forums =)
