Hi, I am using the WordPress theme Twenty Fourteen and would like to add a space at the top of the main header so that the main content box displays in the middle of the page. In other words, I would like the background image to show equally around each side of the square content box in the middle.

I have installed a custom CSS plugin but am not sure what code to enter in order to achieve this.

    Please help!

Try using Firefox with the Firebug add-on for this kind of CSS troubleshooting. Or use whatever developer tool is available in your web browser.

Hi Esmi, was hoping for a code to enter into CSS, I am not good with development or coding!

I would like to have just a background image display on this website with a footer. I have the artwork, how do I upload this without any of the text area so it is literally a holding image with a footer?

    Please help.

Hi Chris, to expect that you need to give people access to your site. By that I just meant let people see your website.
