# Padding between elements

 * Hello, is there any possibility to reduce the space between the elements? I would
   reduce that space between the date, thumbnail, headline and excerpt.

 * Hi there an thank you that you like the plugin.
 * The problem here is that the widget is relying on the theme. You can style the
   actual container for a bit, though. But in the end everything is done by the 
   style sheet of your theme.
 * However, if you have the possibility to attach your own style sheet you can address
   the img an dp tags as
 * `.widget_featured_post_widget[id^="featured_post_widget"] img`
 * and so on.

 * That’s it! I was focusing all my efforts in the plugin, never thought about the
   theme … what a noob!
 * So I just revised my theme’s CSS style file and solved it in a few minutes.
