# Padding and Titles help request

 * I have a widget I would like to customize but have no idea where to add the css
   code to do this.
 * I added this to my custom css but nothing changed.
 * .widget-title, .widget_colorful_text_widget h4
 * Here is a screenshot of the top padding I want to minimize and the title I want
   smaller.
 * Any help would be appreciated.
