    How do I change the padding or margin above the social media icons so they are closer to the top of the screen and the header is shorter itself?

    Hi joeygedgaud,

    Can you share your url? That way it will be easy to give a solution.

    If your theme has a built-in custom CSS option, use it; otherwise, get a custom CSS plugin and try this:

    #masthead {
    margin-top: -10px;
    }

    #masthead .social-icon {
    margin-bottom: -5px;
    }

    The first rule moves your entire header a bit closer to the top of the window. The second rule moves your logo a bit closer to the social icons. You can experiment with the values until you find what looks right to you.
