# Packing List – Customer Note

 * I recently moved store to a new host and somewhere in the process I lost customer
   notes that are added after order from appearing on the packing slip. The documentation
   shows a check box for “Show Customer Note”, but that checkbox is not present 
   on my install.

 * Hi! This plugin include the customer notes by default (assuming you’re referring
   to the shipping notes that can be entered by the customer in the checkout), this
   plugin does not have a “Show Customer Note” setting… A quick google search pointed
   me to another plugin from WooCommerce. Can you double check that it’s WooCommerce**
   PDF **Invoices & Packing Slips that you’re using? If so, could you post a screenshot
   of the customer note and the resulting PDF to confirm that we’re talking about
   the same thing?

 * Well I confirmed that I’m using your plugin, and only ever had yours installed,
   but was following the instructions for the woocommerce version.
 * I guess the functionality I was looking for was from another plugin, thank you
   for your time.
