# Packeta plugin for WP problem

 * Hi there. We have Problem with the newest version of WP plugin Packeta 1.25.zip.
   
   When customer is going to order products in shopping cart there is an strange
   error. The logo of Packeta with some green box is apperring for a while and disappear.
   I dont know what is going wrong! I contacted customer support of Packeta in Slovakia
   and Mr. Marek Balogh is not answering our emails 48 hours. Very bad attitude 
   and shame of customer care for Packeta company. If anybody know what is the problem
   please let us know. Thank you

    we are extremely sorry, that you have had a negative experience with 
   the approach of our colleague at technical support Packeta Slovakia, to solving
   your problem. I have taken a look at the whole communication and your e-shop.
 * In your e-shop cart, I can now see the regular button for selecting the destination
   pickup place displayed correctly and can not see anything irregular or wrong (
   tested on the Firefox, Chrome, and Safari browsers).
 * If your problem persists, please send us an e-mail to [technicka.podpora@zasilkovna.cz](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/packeta-plugin-for-wp-problem/technicka.podpora@zasilkovna.cz?output_format=md),
   with an attached file with exported settings of our plugin (you can get this 
   file by exporting it in the WP administration in the Packeta – Settings menu 
   in the Support section), information about your internet browser (operation system,
   type of browser and it’s version) and the way how you have installed the plugin(
   have you downloaded the installation files from GitHub.com or have you installed
   our plugin from the wordpress.org – which is the recommended way of installing
   the plugin).
 * We would greatly appreciate it if you could send us a telephone contact, so we
   could communicate better and fill in any necessary information, that could be
   necessary for the quickest possible solution to your problem.
 * This information will help us find the cause of your problem so we can fix it.
 * If your problem has already been solved, we would be glad, if you could tell 
   us, precisely how you have solved your issue.
