 * First off, I am very much a novice, and do not know a lot about coding. With
that, that might explain my confusion or wish, but I thought I would submit a
question incase I am missing something.
 * I do residential architecture and upload my plans for clients to my website so
that a contractor or the client can download and view them as we make progress.
When I am creating a new file/package, I have to give it a “title.” I can then
go through, create a link title, password, an icon for it, etc. Where I struggle
is when it comes time to place said package on the page. Sometimes I need to
replace an existing file, and if I don’t know the package id #, I can screw up
what file I am replacing. Is there an easy way to replace this… “wpdm_package
id=1411 templ…..” with say something like “Smith Residence”?
 * When I go to insert the file, it will show me all the files with the Title being
displayed, but once it is inserted on the page, you get “wpdm_package id=1411
   templ…”
 * Hopefully this makes sense and I am either missing something, have not turned
something on, checked a box, etc.
 * I look forward to the help, and I apologize if this has been covered. I received
over 30,000 topics when I tried to search

 * Probably you can do this in following way:
    - I guess, for every project, you will need to show multiple files to your client
    - Create a category for each project
    - Create your fist file entry from Admin Menu >> Downloads >> Add New and assign
to proper project ( category )
    - Now enter category shortcode in any page where you need to, category shortcode
uses category slug, which will be easier to understand later when you need
to add/edit file to that project
 * Please let me know if you have any other question.
