P_Import::bump_request_timeout() should be compatible with WP_Importer::bump_req

I exported all of my files from my previous wordpress 4.4.x from online hosting to be saved on my local hardisk.
I installed XAMPP with php 7, and install wordpress 4.5.1.
i tried to import my exported data to the new fresh install wordpress.
Then suddenly error happened below:
