 * I have current free version of Fluent Forms loaded with Oxygen (V 4.0) Page Builder
   but the form is not showing in either builder or Front End ?

 * Can you please share a screenshot of how you have added the Form with the Oxygen
   page builder? Did you use the FluentForms module in Oxygen or a shortcode module
   to add the Form?

 * Hello
    I have the same problem. Before updating to Oxygen 4.0 it worked fine,
   now the forms don’t show up anymore, also if i place them again or try to place
   a new one … This only happens using the module. If i use the shortcode it works,
   but i need the ability to edit the form in the module … Thanks!

 * Hi,
 * I can confirm this. Oxygen Widget for FluentForm is not working after latest 
   4.0 release by Oxygen Builder.
 * It does not work for previous widgets or the new ones created after update.
 * Shortcodes are still working.
 * I checked page source and what’s happening is that form is not rendering at all.
