I realize I can use short-code, however being able to add lists is much easier via blocks. Oxygen can actually create it’s own blocks: [https://oxygenbuilder.com/documentation/gutenberg-client-mode/](https://oxygenbuilder.com/documentation/gutenberg-client-mode/) * For instance, the TOC plugin normally populates in the widgets tab (I also use this plugin on sites that don’t use Oxygen). If need be I can get in touch with you via email so you can investigate?
