• Hi there,
I am using this plugin on a german/english WooCommerce mutilingual site powered by Polylang.

I have created my own po/mo translation file and the option “use po/mo translation files” is checked in the backend. In the backend, my translation just works perfectly – all settings are translated into german. On the frontend (and that’s what counts) however, everything still is in english.

Could you help me out here?

Best regards and thanks for your help!

    Hi MichaelNi,
Have you checked “Use Plugin .PO/.MO files” option in WooDiscuz General Settings?

I already stated this in the initial post: The option is checked and the translations do work in the backend, but not on the frontend.

I unfortunately can not send you the login details due to privacy protection. Could you give me a hint what I could look for?

    Best regards,
    Michael

I’m really sorry but I can’t guess what’s wrong on your WordPress. You can test WooDiscuz on a fresh WordPress installation to see how it works.

I am having the same problem and bypassed it by translating the content in the “Phrases” Menue of the plugin.
