 * I am trying to create a plugin. I need some help with that I am thinking to integrate
   Owl Carousel in my plugin because it is basically a carousel plugin. Can you 
   guys please suggest how can I include Owl Carousel files so that they won’t conflict
   with the theme and other plugins.

 * The answer to this is different based on what theme you’re using. I would recommend
   contacting support for either (or both) your theme or Owl Carousel.
