    Hi,

Although it is working fine for other emails. But, it is overriding the admin emails for woocommerce new orders. IF we disable the plugin, then we can see the download URL in the admin email. see screenshot. https://prnt.sc/12ju2qd

When plugin is active, this link is overridden. https://prnt.sc/12ju43q

We are using SendGrid api. Your prompt reply would be appreciated.

    Thanks

First we raised this to uDraw support, they narrowed down that the conflict is with this plugin.

    Hi @imtasawar,

it looks like not just the link, but the whole text section is removed…

I’m not familiar with uDraw, but I imagine it’s the plugin that adds the text and the link to the email? We would need to know when and how they are adding this text and link to the email content. It might be that they are adding it too late in the email sending process and so our plugin sends the un-edited version of the email. Is this the plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/udraw/ we are talking about?

    Have a nice day!

    Hi @capuderg,

Thank you for taking time to see the issue. Sorry, I should have mentioned the plugin beforehand.

You are right, this is the plugin we are using. User can draw and make changes in graphic and then attach to the WooCommerce order. Once order is made, uDraw adds the PDF link in the admin notification to download the graphics edited by user.

I also don’t know at what point the plugin is adding the data in the email. Are we standing at dead end?

    Hi @imtasawar,

I made some tests and was able to display the link in the email even when using the SendGrid mailer: https://a.supportally.com/85skya You can see the “via sendgrid” text in the top left corner.

I just needed to modify the return of the uDraw::is_udraw_okay function, because I don’t have a valid license key for it (at least I think that’s what they are verifying there, license/access key).

    Take care!

    Hi @capuderg

Thanks for making tests on this. Can we consider that next update will have fixed this issue?

If you yes, you can close this ticket.

    Thanks

    Hi @imtasawar,

I didn’t make any code changes to our plugin. I just modified the uDraw plugin code. Forced the uDraw::is_udraw_okay to return true.

From my understanding, this method checks your license/access key for the plugin and if it’s not valid, it will not add the message to the email content.

I think you should contact their support and ask them if that’s correct.

By the way, do you have a license/access key configured for the uDraw plugin?

    Have a nice day!
