    Hi @skullmonkey,

    It’s difficult to say for a number of reasons:

    • I’m not sure what code is inside your custom day/single-event.php template or what you changed
    • I’m not sure how similar or different it might be from any custom event templates in the Avada parent theme

    Avada ships with support for The Events Calendar out-of-the-box, but this also means that they do things differently in a few places. Given that aspect and also the fact that the amount of support we can offer for customizations here in the free support forums tends to be limited, I’m not sure how much assistance we’re going to be able to provide.

    Please note also that the URL you shared (in the page I need help with field) returns a 404 Not Found error, so we can’t see the problem first-hand.
