Override Hero Panel on Mobile Devices

Our website (spotlightautoservice.com) uses Kwicks Horizontal Sliding Panels for a hero panel. It looks great on computers and ipads, but not on mobile devices. Is there a way to override the hero panel to not show on mobile devices?
Actually, I know there is. I am just not sure how to do it.
