Override affect with another plugin?

Hi there
I am helping out a friend with the SEO for her site. I have always used WordPress SEO by Yoast and been very satisfied. However she has installed another plugin (http://www.g-loaded.eu/2006/01/05/add-meta-tags-wordpress-plugin/) and done some meta tagging.
I am wondering if I download the Yoast plugin for her site, will it override or have affect on the plugin that she is already using? E.g. will I ruin something on the site?
