Overly Complicated and annoying

    This plugin requires you to create an account on a third party website just to embed a little form. When you get to the site all kinds of annoying pop ups come at you. When you finally create the form you can’t just embed it, you have to use a short code that includes the Contact Us logo. To remove their logo you have to pay $20/month. I hated the entire process.
