# Overlay?

 * I’ve been asked to add a section to a theme, where a square image is overlaid
   so that it has a curve and border colour.
 * I’ve been searchign the web, but can’t find a way to do this in WP.
 * Any ideas?

 * if you can do it in html, you can do it in wordpress.
 * (wordpress is simply a html structure with some php elements, formatted with 
   css – but the html and css is the same as in a static site)
