Hello.

I’m facing a strange behavior in my subscription popup that I can’t understand or fix.

When the popup enters the page, it gets a full overlay, and the popup is not visible.
I did not create this overlay, nor do I know how to remove it.

Can someone help me, please?

Hi, Elvira, thank you for getting back to me.

I have solved (or not) the overlay issue by creating a new Popup from the scratch.
Now I have a new one, which is: the popup, shows in Popup mode as it should, and is displayed fixed at the bottom of all the posts.

Can you help, please?

Elvira, actually, it’s worse than I thought, now the popup only shows up when I’m logged in.
The other one, the one that is displayed fixed at the bottom of all the posts, is only visible when I’m not.

Is there any logic here?

Did I get it right that your form is displayed at the bottom of posts only when you’re logged in?

The support team is on. They first told me they can’t because my account is not premium but then they ended up replying and I’m waiting.
