I have noticed that when I post a new podcast, both my iTunes feed and feeds on apps like Overcast will revert to a seemingly cached version from two months ago. If I clear the cache, the iTunes feed clears up but the Overcast one just keeps pulling the cache. How can I keep the feed from ever cacheing at all? I am using W3TC as my cache plugin.

One solution would be to simply turn the caching plugin off. Outside of that, you can check to see if it has settings that’ll allow you to keep it from caching the podcast RSS feed.

Overcast has its own caching system on its end so it’s possible there’s a problem there as well. You may want to contact Overcast support and see if there’s anything they can do.
