Overall very happy with this. Transition from Yoast could be smoother.

Overall RankMath is a very good and more complete SEO plug than others. I started to use it because their Schema implementation seems to be more complete.

The only thing that bugs me a little (reason for 4 instead of 5 stars) is that the transition from Yoast Free Seo isn’t quite as smooth as it maybe could be.

Example:
every post loses its previous keyword rating (not that I put too much importance into these, but some people do). To get it back you have to edit each individual post – on a large site like ours this can quickly turn into a full-on job. Plus I reckon it’s actually not a good signal to send to Google “Post Updated” if you haven’t updated anything but the keywords for RankMath. So I try to wait until we really update a posts, add some new information, restructure the post, or at least change advertising links and set them to “sponsored” instead of “nofollow”.
