Overall good plugin, but no response to obvious code error for >= 4 months

In general the plugin is good and has a lot of nice features. I have been using it for a while, and also appreciate that it is highly customizable.

However, there is an obvious code error in em-bookings.php, line 347, that has been reported more than 4 months ago, with no reaction from support in any way whatsoever, despite several reminders. The error is still there update after update, although it could be fixed in a minute. If not fixed it can lead to breaks in the frontend visible to end users. A plugin like this needs more professional support for these kinds of issues.
