Over and over again, there when I need them

    For the most part, I have Malcare up and running on all my sites and my clients’ sites and it’s smooth sailing. Every now and then, something might come up — and since we live in such a time when everyone has to worry about security big time, all the time, *sometimes* an issue arises and it’s not even an issue with Malcare/Blogvault. However, it might require my research … and that might include bouncing between a firewall service’s support … and my awesome hosting developers. Whatever it is, the crew at Malcare/Blogvault aren’t just responsive, they’re incredibley smart and they actually read my support ticket! (ever felt like your support rep was heavy on ‘skimming’ your ticket?). No matter what, we always get it figured out.

    So I’m happy to write a review. I’ve been using Malcare for about 5 years now. I pay a reasonable rate for a year’s worth of DAILY backups! And constant monitoring. Amazing.
