 * Every now and then we are blown away by awesome customer service and this is 
   a really big shout out to the team who provide support for this plugin.
 * There has been a couple of occasions that we have needed to call on the technical
   support team and every time, they exceeded all expectation and have done way 
   more than we had even asked.
 * We can honestly say the customer service and technical support we have received
   is right up there with the best we have ever experienced. Thanks team and we 
   are a customer for life!
