Outstanding support & great product saved the day

I moved the WordPress admin login location in an attempt to make my site more secure. As it turns out, the process was complicated, and I locked myself out. I had a terrible time trying to resolve this issue. Not knowing where to turn, I contacted the Wordfence Security premium support. The technical support person responded to my query in a matter of minutes and explained why moving my login location was not a good idea. He clearly showed me specific steps I can take to resolve this frustrating issue. Thanks to the support person’s kind assistance, I was able to log in to my site the next day without a problem. The support person even helped me set up my site on the premium plan. Now, my site is more secure with two-factor authentication from Wordfence Security. At first, getting the premium support seemed unnecessary, but now I think it is worth every penny considering the peace of mind I can get from the kind of support. My only regret is I did not upgrade to the premium support sooner. Thank you.
