Outstanding Support

    I purchased this amazing plugin. There were one or two items that were not working to my satisfaction in that it did not complement my website. Knowing the experience I would normally have with support on other software items, I was amazed at the response I got:

    1. The response from the support team was lightning fast.
    2. The support staff were courteous and helpful.
    3. A tweak was implemented, BUT even more than that, a modification was implemented to facilitate the desired design I wished for my website. This normally just doesn’t happen in my experience.

    What can I say, this is a first for me. Absolutely OUTSTANDING. Well done WP Live Chat Support.
