Outstanding Support

I have been using the Briatech Jewellery Store Theme for the last 3 months. I have zero experience with coding and I am teaching myself WordPress, I can’t express enough how amazing the support of Briatech has been.

I have put in 3 or 4 tickets so far, and every time without fail, they have reached out to me or resolved my issue within a day (usually even less). They are incredible and I can’t praise this theme and support enough! The only issue is that the theme is not completely customizable, and as a result it does not work with my learnpress plugin or some elements of my Elementor plugin.

Outstanding support though and quick to produce new updates.
