 * The paid upgrade to this plugin, which should allow forms to use multiple currencies
   and allow multiple API keys per form, worked well for a while. Then a recent 
   update caused it to deactivate the plugin (as confirmed by support email to developer)
   which caused a serious problem for a client who ended up billing their client
   a large amount in the wrong currency.
 * These upgrades are also poorly documented and explained, even when communicating
   directly with the developer.
 * Not a great experience.
